Quirk Auto Dealerships is seeking a lube technician to join our Quincy, MA team. You will perform oil changes, tire rotations, and filter replacements while ensuring quality and safety. Weekend hours required.

State Inspection License is preferred but not required; training is available for the right candidate and you will build relationships with customers and staff in a supportive environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in automotive service preferred but training available.
• Ability to establish and maintain relationships with customers.
• Experience in managing and organizing work time and activities.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and a positive attitude.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to the shop environment.
• Basic computer skills for service write-ups and scheduling.

Responsibilities

• Perform oil changes, tire rotations, replacement of air and in-cabin filters, various fluid flushes, tire replacement, multipoint inspections.

Position Overview

• General shop upkeep
