Job summary

Walt Massey in Marion, AR is seeking a Lube Technician to perform oil changes, filter replacements, and fluid checks in a fast-paced, team-driven shop. You’ll inspect tires, top off fluids, and follow dealership standards while maintaining a clean, safe work area and communicating with parts and service staff.

• Communicate with the parts department for needed materials.
• Use tools and equipment safely and properly.
• Assist with basic vehicle inspections and diagnostics.
• Test-drive vehicles when necessary.
• Work closely with Service Advisors to keep customers informed.
