Walt Massey Chevrolet of Marion in Marion, AR is seeking a motivated Lube Technician to join our service team. We provide hands‑on training, mentorship, and a clear path for advancement in a fast-paced environment.

You’ll perform oil changes, fluid checks, tire pressure maintenance, and support with basic inspections while coordinating with Service Advisors. A high school diploma and valid driver’s license are required.

Responsibilities

• Perform oil changes, filter replacements, and fluid checks
• Inspect and maintain proper tire pressure
• Check and top off vehicle fluids as needed
• Follow repair orders and dealership standards accurately
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area
• Communicate with the parts department for needed materials
• Use tools and equipment safely and properly
• Assist with basic vehicle inspections and diagnostics
• Test‑drive vehicles when necessary
• Work closely with Service Advisors to keep customers informed
