Job summary

Capital Ford of Lillington is seeking an Automotive Lube Technician to join our service team. You will perform routine maintenance and support technicians to keep vehicles safe and on the road.

Qualifications

• Experience as a lube technician or in a similar automotive role preferred.
• Ability to safely use hand tools and basic shop equipment.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
• Valid driver's license with clean driving record.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced shop environment.

Responsibilities

• Perform oil changes, tire rotations, fluid checks, and basic inspections.
• Ensure preventive maintenance services are performed efficiently and accurately.
• Inspect and replace filters, belts, and minor components as needed.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
• Follow safety procedures and guidelines.
• Communicate effectively with service advisors and team members.
• Assist with other service department tasks as required.
