Job summary

Capital Ford of Lillington is seeking an Automotive Lube Technician to join our service team. You will perform oil changes, tire rotations, and routine inspections while maintaining a clean work area and adhering to safety standards.

Ideal candidates are detail-oriented with a driver’s license and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. We offer health benefits, a 401(k), PTO, and employee discounts.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a lube technician or in a similar role preferred.
• Ability to operate hand tools and equipment safely.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality workmanship.
• Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
