THE ROLE: WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING

As a Lube Technician, you will handle routine vehicle maintenance and safety checks to support shop operations and client satisfaction.

• Routine Maintenance: Perform professional oil changes, tire rotations, fluid flushes, and filter replacements.

• Vehicle Inspections: Conduct multi-point inspections to identify potential mechanical issues and ensure vehicle safety.

• Efficiency & Safety: Maintain a clean, organized, and steady workflow in your assigned bay while following safety protocols.

• Team Collaboration: Work alongside service advisors, parts specialists, and senior technicians to ensure efficient service delivery.

WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLE

• Experience: Prior experience is preferred, though a strong work ethic and good mechanical aptitude are essential.

• Tools: Possession of your own set of basic automotive hand tools.

• Licensing: A valid Driver's License and a clean driving record.

• Professional Attributes: A professional attitude, a team-oriented mindset, and the ability to work effectively in a structured environment.

THE LAUNCHPAD & THE JOURNEY

This position operates within our service facility in Harrisburg, South Dakota.

This role offers regular professional interaction with our service advisors, parts team, and senior staff. Our service department is open Monday through Friday only, meaning you will receive standard weekends and holidays off to spend with your family.
