Job summary

GLS North America is seeking a reliable Porter to prepare vehicles for delivery by washing, detailing, fueling, and staging them throughout the day. You will help ensure every vehicle is clean, organized, and ready for the customer.

Starting pay is $18.00/hour with a Monday-Friday schedule from 6:00 AM to 2:30 PM, weekends off, and comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, vision, and a 401(k) with company match. This role offers steady outdoor work in a fast-paced automotive environment.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must have a valid driver’s license with a good driving record.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Ability to work outdoors and stay active throughout the day.

Responsibilities

• Drive vehicles through the car wash, then dry and detail them.
• Stage and organize vehicles throughout the lot.
• Fuel vehicles as needed.
• Install license plates.
• Transport vehicles to auction lots.
• Perform final inspections to ensure vehicles are ready for delivery.
• Help maintain a clean and organized vehicle yard.
• Assist with additional operational tasks as needed.
