Job summary

Asbury Automotive Group in Mesa, AZ is seeking a friendly, energetic Sales Lot Attendant to support dealership operations. You will manage vehicle inventory, tag keys, verify inbound vehicles, and keep the lot clean, organized and properly displayed to create a positive guest experience.

You must be comfortable working outdoors, stand for extended periods, and operate both manual and automatic transmissions.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Must have a valid driver's license.
• Must be able to pass pre-employment screenings (background and drug test).
• Able to work outdoors and stand for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and organize the vehicle inventory.
• Receive and verify inbound vehicles against invoice when applicable.
• Catalog and input keys into the Key Track system.
• Ensure all vehicles have fuel, stickers, buyer's guides and are in good condition.
• Inspect vehicles to detect damage and verify presence of listed accessories.
• Ensure inventory is clean, presentable, and well-displayed with disclaimers and vehicle information.
• Move and deliver vehicles when instructed.
• Demonstrate a proactive approach and strong organization and communication skills.
