Job summary

The Ed Napleton Automotive Group is seeking a Porter at our Wayzata Collision Center. The Porter will keep the lot neat, transfer vehicles, assist with deliveries, ensure cleanliness and readiness of vehicles, and support showrooms and storage operations.

Qualifications include a high school diploma or equivalent, ability to operate hand and power tools, and a valid driver’s license. This role offers paid training, benefits, and opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to handle machinery safely
• Ability to drive a manual & automatic transmission
• Valid state driver's license
• Ability to operate an automobile
• Ability to use hand and power tools
• Willingness to undergo a background check in accordance with local law/regulations
• 18+ years of age or older to comply with the company driving policy

Responsibilities

• Keeping vehicle lot neat and orderly, moving units as directed by the Sales/Service managers and in accordance with dealership display standards
• Transporting customers and dealership personnel, as needed
• Assisting with customer deliveries
• Ensuring all vehicles are clean and in good repair on the lot and showroom
• Picking up vehicles from storage and deliver vehicles to storage and other dealerships
• Assisting with weather related clean up when necessary
• Building and grounds maintenance as needed
• Other functions and special projects may be assigned
