Job summary

CarShop Glen Mills is hiring Automotive Lot Attendants to keep our inventory clean and ready for show. This hands-on role offers opportunities to work around cars, join a friendly team, and contribute to a great first impression for customers.

We offer $15 to $17 per hour, full-time or part-time schedules, and a package including medical, dental, and vision insurance, a 401(k) with company match, paid vacation and holidays, plus employee discounts and training opportunities.

Qualifications

• Reliable and able to work outdoors in a fast-paced environment.
• Valid driver’s license with a satisfactory driving record.
• Ability to safely operate dealership equipment and handle vehicles.

Responsibilities

• Wash and clean vehicle inventory to maintain a professional appearance.
• Keep the sales lot clean, organized, and presentable.
• Organize and reposition vehicles throughout the lot as needed.
• Fill open spaces in vehicle lines with appropriate inventory.
• Prepare sold vehicles for customer delivery.
• Drive vehicles to the gas station for fueling as needed.
• Assist with moving vehicles around the dealership.
• Maintain wash equipment, pressure washers, and other tools.
• Help ensure vehicles and the lot are ready to make a great first impression.

What You'll Do

As an Automotive Lot Attendant, you'll help maintain our vehicle inventory and sales lot while supporting the Sales Team and ensuring vehicles are ready for our customers.

• Wash and clean vehicle inventory to maintain a professional appearance
• Keep the sales lot clean, organized, and presentable
• Organize and reposition vehicles throughout the lot as needed
• Fill open spaces in vehicle lines with appropriate inventory
• Prepare sold vehicles for customer delivery
• Drive vehicles to the gas station for fueling as needed
• Assist with moving vehicles around the dealership
• Maintain wash equipment, pressure washers, and other tools
• Help ensure vehicles and the lot are ready to make a great first impression
