Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required or preferred.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.

Responsibilities

• Organize, move, and park vehicles across the dealership lot to keep inventory clean and well-displayed.
• Perform routine lot checks to ensure all vehicles are in good condition and properly positioned.
• Support vehicle inventory management by tagging, tracking, and moving cars as needed.
• Ensure vehicles are clean, fueled, and ready for customer test drives or delivery.
• Perform light maintenance tasks, such as checking tire pressure and fluid levels.
• Assist with vehicle deliveries and pickups, ensuring all paperwork is completed accurately.
• Maintain a clean, safe work environment by keeping the lot clear of debris and following traffic/safety guidelines.
• Collaborate with sales, service, and management teams to support smooth day-to-day operations.

Requirements

• Previous experience in a dealership, car rental, or automotive environment is a plus, but not required


• Ability to operate a variety of vehicles, including cars, trucks, and SUVs


• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills


• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks


• Excellent communication and customer service skills


• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record


• Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions


• Able to lift and move items up to 50 lbs
