Job summary

Chapman Automotive Group in Arizona is seeking a Sales Lot Attendant to maintain the appearance of new and used vehicle lots and ensure vehicles are ready for demonstrations and test drives. This entry-level role offers hands-on learning and the chance to contribute to our dealership standards daily.

As part of a supportive team, you will help maximize sales by keeping lots clean, organized, and well-tagged, while working flexible shifts including Saturdays. A valid driver's license is required.

Qualifications

• Must be reliable, punctual and a team player with a positive attitude.
• Must have a valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Must pass pre-employment background check and drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Help maximize sales by maintaining the appearance and organization of new and used vehicle lots, displaying vehicles according to dealership standards.
• Ensure vehicles are clean and ready for demonstrations and test drives, replenishing vehicle fluids and replace batteries as needed.
• Make key tags and place buyer guides and stock tags in vehicles.
• Drive vehicles to and from service lane, service stalls, and parking lot as needed.
• Maintain the cleanliness and appearance of the sales lot.
