Chapman Ford is seeking a friendly Lot Attendant in Scottsdale, AZ to help maintain the appearance and organization of the vehicle lot and support dealership sales operations. This entry-level role offers on-the-job training and a path for growth within the dealership.

Responsibilities include keeping vehicles clean, updating tags, assisting with demonstrations, and ensuring a welcoming, organized lot. A valid driver's license and ability to work outdoors are required.

Qualifications

• Experience as a lot attendant is a plus; training provided.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Reliable, punctual, professional, and team-oriented.
• Ability to walk/stand outdoors and work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the appearance and organization of new and used vehicle lots, ensuring vehicles are displayed according to dealership standards.
• Keep vehicles clean and ready for customer demonstrations and test drives.
• Replenish vehicle fluids and replace batteries as needed.
• Prepare vehicle key tags and place buyer guides and stock tags in vehicles.
• Move vehicles to and from the service lane, service stalls, and parking areas as needed.
• Maintain the cleanliness and professional appearance of the sales lot.
• Support dealership sales goals by helping create an inviting and organized environment for customers.
