Job summary

Chapman Automotive Group in Arizona is seeking a Sales Lot Attendant to keep our new and used vehicle lots presentable and ready for demonstrations. You will help create a welcoming first impression for guests and support the sales team by maintaining displays and vehicle cleanliness.

This entry-level role offers on-the-job training, weekend shifts, and opportunities to grow within a busy automotive group serving Arizona and Nevada.

Qualifications

• Reliable, punctual, and a team player who can work outdoors.
• Must have a valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Experience driving manual transmission is a plus.
• Willingness to work flexible shifts including weekends.

Responsibilities

• Maintain appearance and organization of new and used vehicle lots per dealership standards.
• Keep vehicles clean and ready for demonstrations and test drives; replenish fluids and batteries as needed.
• Create key tags and place buyer guides and stock tags in vehicles.
• Drive vehicles to and from service lane, service stalls, and parking lot as required.
• Maintain overall cleanliness and appearance of the sales lot.

Core Responsibilities:

• Help maximize sales by maintaining the appearance and organization of new and used vehicle lots, displaying vehicles according to dealership standards.
• Ensure vehicles are clean and ready for demonstrations and test drives, replenishing vehicle fluids and replace batteries as needed.

• Maintain the cleanliness and appearance of the sales lot.

Desired Qualifications and Experience:

• Previous lot attendant experience is a plus, but we will provide training!
• Must be reliable, punctual, and a team player with a positive attitude.
• Ability to follow directions and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience driving manual transmission vehicles is plus.
• Ability to walk or stand for extended periods and work outdoors.
• Must have flexible availability to work various shifts including days, evenings, and Saturdays.
• Must have a valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Must pass a pre-employment background check and drug screening.
