Overview

MrKitt’s Service Center & Towing is seeking a dependable and customer-focused Automotive Light Service Driver to join our roadside assistance team. This role is responsible for providing basic automotive services to stranded motorists, including battery jump starts, tire changes, vehicle lockouts, and minor roadside repairs. Our ideal candidate is safety-conscious, skilled with tools, and thrives in a fast-paced environment where professionalism and customer satisfaction come first.

Responsibilities

• Respond to service calls efficiently and safely within assigned time frames
• Perform light-duty roadside services such as:
  • Tire changes and inflations.
  • Battery jump starts.
  • Lockout services.
  • Fuel delivery and other minor services.
• Communicate clearly and professionally with dispatch and customers.
• Ensure all service equipment is clean, functional, and properly maintained.
• Document services accurately and submit all required paperwork in a timely manner.
• Represent MrKitt’s Service Center & Towing with a high level of professionalism at all times.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record (no accidents or violations in the past 5 years).
• At least 25 years of age.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Must be punctual, reliable, and able to work independently.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous roadside assistance or light service experience.
• DOT Medical Card (or ability to obtain).
