Automotive Lift Installation Technician Position Available in Little Rock, AR!

What You’ll Do:

  1. Customer-Centric Service: Respond promptly to customer requests, delivering high-quality service with professionalism and a positive attitude. Address customer inquiries and concerns regarding lube and lift installations and maintenance, providing expert advice and solutions. Ensure customer satisfaction by conducting follow-up visits and addressing any post-service issues.
  2. Safety First: Uphold and enforce safety standards in all installations, repairs, and maintenance activities. Conduct regular safety audits and inspections of equipment and work areas to ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines. Train team members on safety protocols and emergency procedures to maintain a safe working environment.
  3. Equipment Mastery: Oversee the installation, maintenance, and repair of automotive lubrication systems and vehicle lifts. Utilize mechanical and electrical expertise to diagnose and troubleshoot issues with lubrication and lift equipment efficiently. Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance on equipment to ensure optimal performance and longevity.
  4. Leadership: Supervise and mentor a team of technicians, providing guidance and support to enhance their skills and performance. Delegate tasks effectively, ensuring that team members are working efficiently and meeting project deadlines. Foster a collaborative and high-performance work environment, promoting teamwork and effective communication.
  5. Technical Proficiency: Operate and maintain a variety of tools and equipment related to lube and lift installations, including hydraulic lifts, air compressors, and lubrication systems. Keep up-to-date with industry advancements and best practices, integrating new technologies and methods into daily operations. Maintain accurate records of installations, repairs, and maintenance activities, ensuring documentation is up-to-date and accessible.
  6. Project Management: Plan and coordinate installation and maintenance projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget. Communicate with suppliers and vendors to procure necessary equipment and parts for installations and repairs. Monitor project progress, adjusting plans as needed to address any challenges or delays.
  7. Collaborative Spirit: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, suppliers, and fellow team members. Communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing, to ensure seamless coordination and teamwork. Participate in team meetings and contribute to the continuous improvement of processes and services.

What You’ll Bring to the Role:

  1. ALI Certification (REQUIRED)
  2. High School Diploma/GED: A solid educational foundation.
  3. Clean Driving Record: Valid Driver License required for this role.
  4. Mechanical Mastery: Strong mechanical and electrical aptitude, with troubleshooting and diagnostic repair skills.
  5. Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead, mentor, and motivate a team.
  6. Physical Fitness: Ability to lift heavy equipment and work comfortably at heights up to 90’.
  7. Team Player: Collaborative spirit and excellent communication skills.
  8. Passion for Safety: A commitment to safety in all aspects of your work, ensuring a secure environment for yourself and your team.
  9. Hands-On Attitude: Willingness to roll up your sleeves and tackle challenges head-on.
