Job summary

Diode Dynamics is seeking an Engineering Project Manager in St. Charles, MO to drive planning and execution of engineering projects for new products and changes.

You will define requirements, set milestones, allocate resources, and report progress to stakeholders, ensuring design work meets input requirements and partners with production and marketing for a successful release. The role requires a BS in Engineering or related field and at least 3 years of PM experience within the automotive

Qualifications

• 3 years of project management experience.
• Must have personal or professional experience in the automotive industry.
• Experience working with multi-disciplinary engineering teams (mechanical, optical, electrical, quality, production).
• Experience with automotive engineering standards and AIAG documents is preferred, including APQP, DFMEA.

Responsibilities

• Plan and manage project milestones, timelines, and resources.
• Document and collect project requirements from stakeholders.
• Oversee projects to ensure on-time delivery and budget adherence.
• Develop and manage detailed project schedules (MS Project).
• Prepare budgets for engineering hours and materials; review with Director of Engineering.
