Job summary

Auto Systems Centers in Findlay, OH is seeking a hands-on Automotive Lead Technician to join our growing team. You will inspect, diagnose, and repair brakes, suspensions, tires, and routine maintenance, while mentoring junior techs in a fast-paced shop.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of automotive repair experience or equivalent training.
• Valid driver's license required; ASE certification a major bonus.
• Must be at least 18 years old and authorized to work in the U.S.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift items over 50 lb.
• Must value dependability, teamwork and quality service in a fast-paced shop.

Responsibilities

• Inspect, diagnose, and perform automotive services including brakes, struts, shocks, and routine maintenance.
• Complete state-mmandated inspections and oil/filters changes.
• Dismount, mount, rotate, and balance tires.
• Check fluids and replace worn parts.
