Bridgestone Retail Operations (BSRO) in Sebring, FL is hiring an Automotive Lead Technician to diagnose drivability and electrical systems and lead a team to improve customer care and satisfaction. The role offers a performance-based flat-rate pay model ranging from $23.81 to $52.04 per hour.

We provide training, opportunities for ASE certifications, and a path for advancement within a large, global tire and automotive services organization.

Competenze

• Must have valid driver's license at all times.
• Brakes, alignment, steering and suspension diagnosis/repair skills.
• General automotive maintenance and tire repair knowledge.
• Ability to communicate technical information to non-technical people.
• Reading, writing and math skills.

Mansioni

• Diagnose and repair to specifications - brake and hydraulic, exhaust, primary and/or advanced fuel ignition and electrical, suspension and alignment, air conditioning and computer systems.
• Explain technical diagnoses and needed repairs to non-mechanical individuals.
• Stay current with rapidly changing automotive technology through continuous paid formal training.
• Assist and train technicians/mechanics in performing technical activities.
• Obtain or maintain ASE certifications within first two years of employment (tests and registrations fees paid by company).
