Job summary

Bridgestone Retail Operations (BSRO) is hiring a Lead Technician to diagnose drivability and electrical systems while mentoring a team to improve customer care. The position offers a competitive pay range and a $3,000 sign-on bonus for first-time hires.

The role requires diagnosing and repairing brake, exhaust, ignition, suspension, A/C and computer systems, with ongoing paid training and opportunities to advance ASE certifications. Based in Nashville, TN.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license required.
• Brake diagnosis/repair skills required.
• Alignment/suspension diagnosis & repair skills required.
• General automotive maintenance & tire repair skills.
• Ability to explain technical info to non-technical people.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair to specifications across brake, hydraulic, exhaust, ignition, electrical, suspension and A/C systems.
• Explain diagnoses and needed repairs to customers clearly.
• Pursue ongoing paid formal training to stay current with automotive tech.
• Assist and train technicians in performing technical tasks.
• Pursue ASE certifications (A1–A8) within two years; company pays tests.
