Job summary

Auto Systems Centers in Syracuse, NY is seeking a full-time Automotive Lead Technician to join our state-of-the-art service, repair, and tire center. You will inspect, diagnose, and perform automotive services including brakes, suspensions, and routine maintenance, while completing state inspections and tire work.

We offer a competitive package with weekly pay and a potential to earn up to $150K annually based on performance, plus 401(k) with match, health/dental/vision, PTO, and ASE

Qualifications

2+ years of automotive repair experience or an education/experience mix.
Valid driver’s license required; ASE Certification a major bonus.
Must be at least 18 years old and authorized to work in the U.S.
Physical ability to stand, bend, and lift/move items over 50 pounds.
Values dependability, teamwork, and providing quality service in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

Inspect, diagnose, and perform automotive services including brakes, suspension, and routine maintenance.
Complete state inspections and oil/filters changes.
Dismount, mount, rotate, and balance tires.
Check fluids and replace worn parts.
