Job summary

Auto Systems Centers in Albany, NY is seeking a full-time Automotive Lead Technician to join a state-of-the-art service and tire center. You will lead undercar repairs, perform diagnostics, and ensure high-quality maintenance, with a focus on brakes, suspensions and routine services.

The role offers competitive weekly pay with bonus potential and opportunities to earn up to $150K annually based on performance, plus 5-day work weeks, 401(k) with match, and comprehensive health benefits.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of automotive repair experience or training.
• Valid driver's license required; ASE certification is a bonus.
• Must be at least 18 years old and authorized to work in the U.S.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend and lift items over 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Inspect, diagnose, and perform automotive repairs including brakes, suspension, and routine maintenance.
• Complete state inspections and change oil/filters.
• Dismount, mount, rotate, and balance tires.
• Check fluids and replace worn parts.
