Job summary

Auto Systems Centers, a leading Midas franchisee now part of the Mavis Tire family, is hiring for an Automotive Lead Technician in Cincinnati, OH. You will diagnose, repair, and service vehicles, including brakes, suspensions, and routine maintenance, in a state-of-the-art shop.

We seek at least 2 years of repair experience, a valid driver’s license, and a mindset of dependability and teamwork. ASE certification is a major plus, with strong growth opportunities and comprehensive benefits

Qualifications

• 2+ years of automotive repair experience or equivalent
• Valid driver's license required; ASE certification is a bonus
• Must be at least 18 years old and authorized to work in the U.S.
• Able to stand, bend, lift items over 50 pounds
• Demonstrates dependability and teamwork in a fast-paced shop

Responsibilities

• Inspect, diagnose, and perform automotive services (brakes, suspension, maintenance).
• Conduct state inspections and oil/filters changes.
• Dismount, mount, rotate, and balance tires.
• Check fluids and replace worn parts as needed.
