Job summary

Auto Systems Centers, the world's largest Midas franchisee, seeks a full-time Automotive Lead Technician for our Cincinnati, OH service center. Lead undercar repairs, diagnose and perform mechanical services, including brakes, tires, and maintenance, while upholding our high safety and quality standards.

We offer a competitive package with guaranteed base pay plus weekly bonus potential up to $150K, a 5‑day work week with Sundays off, a 401(k) match, comprehensive health benefits, PTO, ASE

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of automotive repair experience or equivalent training.
• Valid driver’s license; ASE certification a major bonus.
• Able to stand, bend, and lift over 50 pounds.
• Authorized to work in the U.S.
• 18+ years old.

Responsibilities

• Inspect, diagnose, and perform automotive mechanical services including brakes, struts, shocks, and routine maintenance.
• Complete state-mandated inspections and change oil/filters.
• Dismount, mount, rotate, and balance tires.
• Check fluids and replace worn automotive parts.
