Job summary

MSX International is seeking a Labor Time Study Coordinator to support the development and validation of standardized repair labor times. You will assemble digital study packages, review service information, torque specs, and parts catalogs, ensuring all components are complete and properly documented from setup through closeout.

You will work with engineering, technicians, and program stakeholders to align studies with approved procedures and maintain traceable source records in the Engineering

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience in automotive repair operations preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365 (Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams).
• Experience with automotive service information systems and parts catalogs is preferred.
• Strong written and oral communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Assemble complete digital packages to support labor time studies (LTR/LTS).
• Review service information to identify relevant task steps and torque specs.
• Compile steps into the study package with clear references to sources.
• Develop accurate parts lists and add required parts to the cart per processes.
• Verify that study packages contain required steps, specs, parts, and docs before execution or review.
• Close out studies, retain records, and ensure readiness for downstream review.
