Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist faculty in classrooms, laboratories, computer labs, or shops as directed.
• Assist students with materials and exam preparation; provide tutoring as needed.
• Grade papers, exercises and tests using predetermined criteria.
• Prepare the lab for class, secure equipment, and set up/disassemble experiments.
• Test new lab equipment for quality and accuracy; perform routine maintenance on lab devices.
• Aid in constructing training aids and initiating requisitions for consumables and equipment repairs.
• Maintain inventory of supplies and ensure security of materials and equipment.
• Monitor instructional areas for safety and assist student workers as assigned.
• Operate motor vehicles for TSTC business as required.
• Process student records and maintain files.
