Job summary

Dent Wizard is a nationwide leader in automotive reconditioning services. As a Key Technician, you will service dealers and customers, duplicating keys and programming transponders for a wide range of vehicles.

You will maintain equipment, manage inventory, and build strong customer relationships while working on varied cars in different environments. Training is provided, with advancement into higher tech levels or management roles.

Qualifications

• Strong mechanical and electronic skills.
• Sales and customer service experience are beneficial.
• Knowledge of automotive electrical systems, key duplication and transponder programming preferred.
• Strong work ethic, self-motivation and ability to work independently.
• Toughness and grit to work outside in all kinds of weather.
• Valid driver’s license and good driving record.

Responsibilities

• Work on an assigned route of dealers and other customers, producing duplicate keys and transponders for vehicles.
• Maintain equipment and inventory, submit invoices and work orders.
• Develop positive and productive relationships with customers.
