Job summary

Bob Tyler Toyota in Pensacola is seeking an Inventory Lot Manager / Photographer to organize dealership inventory, capture vehicle photos, write descriptions, and enter stock data into the inventory system. This full-time position offers competitive pay and strong benefits.

Experience with automotive inventory control is preferred; photography skills are a plus. High school diploma or GED required. No Sundays; room for advancement and a state-of-the-art facility.

Responsibilities

• Organize inventory on the lot and showroom.
• Take photos, write vehicle descriptions, print labels.
• Enter stock data for all new and used vehicles into the computer program.
• Merchandise inventory on the lot.
• Post to social media sites.
• Visit local auctions.
• Other duties may be assigned as needed.

Requirements

• Experience in automotive inventory control is preferred
• Service Repair Order experience is a PLUS, but not required
• High school or GED a minimum
• Computer proficiency
• Must be very detail-oriented and efficient in keyboard and data-entry skills
• Excellent communication skills both written and oral
• Applicants must pass pre-employment testing to include background checks, MVR, and drug screen.
