Job summary

Cavender Nissan of Rockwall is seeking an Inventory Manager to maintain accurate new and pre-owned vehicle inventory and support sales operations. The Sales Inventory Administrator will manage inventory records, process stock entries, and coordinate merchandising and documentation across departments.

The role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and experience in a fast-paced automotive environment. CDK DMS experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Maintain accurate inventory records including pricing, status, and location.
• Proficient with CDK DMS and inventory systems.
• Strong communication with multiple departments to ready vehicles for sale.

Responsibilities

• Stock all new and used vehicle inventory into the dealership management system in a timely manner.
• Verify vehicle invoices and supporting documentation for accuracy.
• Maintain accurate inventory records including pricing, status, options, and location.
• Coordinate with Accounting, Sales, Service, and Parts to ensure vehicles are sale-ready.
• Monitor incoming vehicle shipments and process arrivals promptly.
• Update pricing, incentives, and vehicle information across systems and online platforms.
• Ensure vehicles have window stickers, buyer guides, and necessary documentation.
• Coordinate vehicle photography and online merchandising to maintain a digital inventory.
• Assist sales managers with dealer trades and inventory reconciliations.
• Prepare inventory reports and assist with month-end audits.
• Maintain communication with manufacturers regarding inventory updates and allocations.
