LaFontaine Automotive Group seeks an Automotive Business Development Representative/Call Center Representative to manage vehicle leads and connect customers with our sales and service teams. You will respond to web inquiries, handle calls, and support CRM data entry to drive showroom visits and sales.

The role offers training, benefits, and long-term career options within sales, service and management, with a focus on customer service excellence and team collaboration.

Formación

• High school diploma or GED preferred with related experience.
• 1–3 years of customer service or sales experience preferred.
• Proficiency with MS Office including Word, Excel, and Internet Explorer.

Responsabilidades

• Execute customer communications via email, phone, and text per standards.
• Set dealership appointments and achieve lead-to-visit conversions.
• Enter prospect data and communications into the CRM system.
• Maintain tracking boards with Internet sales updates daily.
• Prepare reports on appointments, visits, and sales from leads.
• Attend regular sales meetings for dealership and eSales teams.
