Job Title: Automotive Intake & Parts Specialist

Location: 1751 Heritage Center Dr, Wake Forest, NC 27587

Job Overview: We seek an energetic, positive Intake & Parts Specialist.

Responsibilities:

• Receiving vehicle parts
• Entering parts info into work orders
• Managing inventory
• Handling parts returns and warranty claims
• Moving vehicles through the process
• Performing guest follow-up calls
• Shuttling guests
• Administrative and light janitorial duties
• Potential to advance into Service Writer role
• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record
• Computer and customer service experience
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs occasionally
• High school diploma (plus)
• Good communication and public interaction skills
• Detail-oriented and organized
• Experience in auto parts sales is a plus

Physical Requirements:

• Occasionally lift/move over 100 lbs
• Work with tools above head level
• Work in tight spaces
• Use hand tools efficiently
• Stand/walk most of the day
• Drive manual vehicles
• Navigate computers effectively
