Job summary

Hagerty in Ontario seeks an Automotive Enthusiast Advisor who will elevate member experiences through service, sales, and clear communication. You’ll assist with billing, policy service, and underwriting guidelines while guiding members to self‑service options.

The role requires a RIBO license (training provided) and residency in Ontario. English/Spanish bilinguals receive additional compensation; full benefits are provided. Regular hours apply in a customer‑centric, team‑oriented environment.

Qualifications

• RIBO license required; training provided.
• Ontario residents only; designated workspace.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Bilingual English and Spanish eligible for extra compensation.

Responsibilities

• Obtain licenses across ON and other provinces.
• Provide valuation expertise on calls.
• Sell Hagerty products and service policies.
• Assist members with billing, service, and sales.
• Help members navigate Hagerty website and self-service options.
• Underwrite and issue policies following underwriting guidelines.
