Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or GED.
• Bachelor’s Degree or higher.
• 3–5 years of practical work experience in auto/mechanical field.
• ASE: A1, A6, G1 a plus (preferred).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills; patient and empathetic teaching style.

Responsibilities

• Inspire and educate: create an engaging, inclusive learning environment for students.
• Hands-on training: demonstrate and lead practical diagnostics and repairs on small engines.
