Job summary

Lincoln Tech seeks an Automotive Instructor to lead hands-on training in a fully equipped facility and to deliver Lincoln Tech curriculum. You will mentor students, enforce safety standards, and evaluate progress for career readiness.

The role emphasizes communicating clearly, maintaining professional standards, and helping students succeed in Automotive Technology careers.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of Automotive Technician experience.
• ASE certifications (G1, A6) required.
• High school diploma or GED needed.
• Excellent communication abilities.
• Proficiency with automotive technology tools and systems.
• Teaching experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Teach and provide hands-on training in Automotive Technology in our fully equipped facility.
• Deliver Lincoln Tech accredited course curriculum effectively.
• Support and motivate student growth, professionalism, and accountability.
• Evaluate and communicate progress with students.
• Instruct on safety and compliance concepts in the workshop.
• Prepare students for successful careers in Automotive Technology.
