O’Reilly Auto Parts seeks an Installer Service Specialist, a technical parts expert serving professional customers at the store installer counter in the Denver area. The role oversees daily activity of delivery staff to ensure accurate, timely deliveries.

Qualifications

• Strong background in mechanics and above-average communication skills.
• Hands-on knowledge of automotive repairs is desirable.
• ASE Certification is a plus.
• Fluency in multiple languages (Spanish highly desired) is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Work with installers and professional customers to develop sales relationships.
• Take orders over the phone and online, invoice orders, and direct delivery staff to ensure timely fulfillment.
• Ensure delivery vehicles are serviced and maintained according to company standards.
• Enter daily mileages in fleet devices and complete vehicle inspections on time.
• Collaborate with Sales Specialists and Territory Sales Managers to provide superior service.
• Verify product and merchandise billing including warranty parts and cores.
• Ensure returns are picked up and credited promptly.
• Audit returns for warranty abuse and proper tagging.
• Assist on front and retail counters as needed.
• Support backroom duties such as auto-load, stock, and returns.
• Assist with customer labor claims to ensure quick processing.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
