MSX International in Atlanta, GA is seeking an Implementation/Field Specialist to partner with clients, deliver systems and processes, and drive measurable improvements. This client-facing role requires travel and the ability to operate across multiple locations.

You will work autonomously to roll out solutions, coach users, and monitor performance, ensuring initiatives meet agreed objectives while supporting growth and strong client relationships.

Qualifications

• Experience in automotive implementation, consulting, operations, or client-facing roles.
• 2+ years of automotive training or coaching experience is beneficial.
• Strong stakeholder management and verbal/written communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and deliver high-quality results in dynamic environments.
• Comfort working with diverse business systems, technology, processes, and data.
• Willingness to travel and operate in a mobile, client-facing environment.
• Problem-solving approach focused on practical outcomes.
• Adaptable, proactive, and results-oriented.

Education Qualifications
