Everforth Apex Systems is seeking a Homologation Planning & Compliance Engineer to support vehicle programs in Allen Park, MI. You will assess regulatory impacts, develop homologation plans, and coordinate across engineering, program management, and compliance teams onsite.

Ideal candidates have a mechanical/electrical/automotive background, 2+ years in automotive or related fields, and strong skills in data analysis and cross-functional communication.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Automotive Engineering or related field.
• 2+ years automotive industry experience; strong junior candidates considered.
• Experience supporting engineering projects, compliance activities, validation, testing, or vehicle development programs.
• Strong organizational and project coordination skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; ability to work cross-functionally.
• Proficient with Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and related business tools.
• Comfortable working onsite in an engineering environment.

Aufgaben

• Review vehicle program changes and assess regulatory and compliance impacts.
• Assess emissions, safety, and certification risks from engineering changes.
• Support homologation planning across multiple vehicle programs.
• Develop and maintain homologation plans and compliance tracking.
• Coordinate with Program Managers, Product Development, TPMs, and engineering teams.
• Track potential impacts from program changes, market requirements, or regulatory changes.
• Assist with collection of technical data for homologation documentation.
• Drive stakeholder communications and ensure action items complete on schedule.
• Escalate compliance concerns to approval engineers.
• Support process improvement and more efficient workflows.
• Assist automation efforts using Power BI, Power Automate, VBA, Python.
