Job summary

AAA Club Alliance is seeking an Automotive General Service Technician in Leesburg, VA to handle tire mounting, balancing and routine maintenance. The ideal candidate will perform fluid flushes, inspections and battery tests, while expanding their automotive skills in a well-equipped shop.

The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, automotive experience, and a valid driver's license with a clean record. Full-time schedule with training and growth opportunities offered.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Previous automotive technician experience preferred.
• A valid driver's license with clean driving record; ability to operate passenger vehicles and light/medium-duty trucks.

Responsibilities

• Mount, balance, and install tires.
• Maintain knowledge of general automotive skills and continue to develop technical skills for flexibility in assignments.
• Perform repairs including fluid flushes/replacements, visual vehicle inspections, belt/hose replacements, battery tests/replacements, and general maintenance.
• Clean and maintain test equipment and machines; manage portable fluid drains per shop guidelines.
