Job summary

AAA Club Alliance in Dover, DE is seeking an Automotive General Service Technician to service tires, perform oil changes, and handle general maintenance with precision using state-of-the-art equipment. You’ll have access to ongoing training and ASE certification opportunities to continually advance your skills.

The role is full-time with a base hourly pay of $15.54–$21.87, plus comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, and vision plans, a 401k with company match up to 7%, PTO, paid

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Previous automotive technician experience.
• A valid driver’s license with an excellent driving record.

Responsibilities

• Mount, balance, and install tires.
• Perform repairs such as fluid flush and replacement, belt and hose replacement, battery testing and replacement.
• Clean and maintain test equipment and machines; follow shop guidelines.
