Job summary

Mavis Tire is seeking full-time General Service Technicians at our automotive service and tire centers in the Egg Harbor Township, NJ area. Join Team Mavis and help keep customers safely on the road with essential maintenance and tire services.

You'll work with experienced professionals, receive paid training, competitive weekly pay, and opportunities for career advancement, including roles such as Alignment Technician and Automotive Mechanic.

Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years of age
• Be legally authorized to work in the United States
• Be reliable, punctual, and willing to learn
• Be comfortable working in a fast-paced, hands-on automotive environment
• Have a strong commitment to safety, teamwork, and quality service
• Previous automotive experience is a plus, but not required. Paid training is provided.

Responsibilities

• Dismounting, mounting, rotating, and balancing tires
• Performing flat tire repairs
• Completing oil and filter changes
• Checking and topping off vehicle fluids
• Performing basic vehicle maintenance and inspections
• Identifying visible tire and maintenance concerns
• Maintaining a clean, safe, and organized work area
• Following established safety and service procedures
• Helping ensure quality service and timely completion of customer vehicles
