Pep Boys is now part of the Mavis Tire family and we’re growing our team in the Saraland, AL area. We’re seeking full-time General Service Technicians to join Team Mavis at our automotive service centers.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Reliable, punctual, and eager to learn.
• Comfortable in a fast-paced automotive environment.
• Strong commitment to safety, teamwork and quality service.

Responsibilities

• Dismounting, mounting, rotating, and balancing tires.
• Performing flat tire repairs.
• Completing oil and filter changes.
• Checking and topping off vehicle fluids.
• Performing basic vehicle maintenance and inspections.
• Identifying tire and maintenance concerns.
• Maintaining a clean, safe, and organized work area.
• Following safety and service procedures.
• Help ensure quality service and timely completion of vehicles.
