Pep Boys is now part of the Mavis Tire family and expanding in the Mobile, AL area. We are hiring full-time General Service Technicians to join Team Mavis at automotive service centers.

Paid training, competitive weekly pay, and career growth opportunities are offered. Whether you have automotive experience or are starting to build skills, this role provides hands-on tire services, basic maintenance, and a pathway to advanced positions within a large automotive network.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ years old.
• Legally eligible to work in the United States.
• Reliable, punctual and willing to learn.
• Comfortable in a fast-paced automotive environment.

Responsibilities

• Dismounting, mounting, rotating, and balancing tires.
• Performing flat tire repairs.
• Completing oil and filter changes.
• Checking and topping off vehicle fluids.
• Performing basic vehicle maintenance and inspections.
• Identifying visible tire and maintenance concerns.
• Maintaining a clean, safe, and organized work area.
• Following safety and service procedures.
• Aiding in timely completion of customer vehicles.
