Pep Boys, now part of the Mavis Tire family, is hiring General Service Technicians for our Allison Park, PA service centers. This full-time role offers paid training, competitive weekly pay, and opportunities to grow with a national automotive leader.

As a General Service Technician, you’ll perform tire services, oil changes, fluid checks, and basic maintenance while upholding safety and quality standards. Training is provided, and you can advance into more skilled automotive roles.

Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years of age.
• Be legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Be reliable, punctual, and willing to learn.
• Be comfortable working in a fast-paced, hands-on automotive environment.
• Have a strong commitment to safety, teamwork, and quality service.
• Previous automotive experience is a plus, but not required.
• Paid training is provided.

Responsibilities

• Dismounting, mounting, rotating, and balancing tires.
• Performing flat tire repairs.
• Completing oil and filter changes.
• Checking and topping off vehicle fluids.
• Performing basic vehicle maintenance and inspections.
• Identifying visible tire and maintenance concerns.
• Maintaining a clean, safe, and organized work area.
• Following established safety and service procedures.
• Helping ensure quality service and timely completion of customer vehicles.
