Pep Boys, now part of Mavis Tire, is seeking full-time General Service Technicians to join our service centers in the Niles, IL area. You will perform essential maintenance and tire services alongside experienced auto pros to keep customers safely on the road.

We offer paid training, competitive weekly pay, weekly incentive compensation, and a $800 new hire bonus. No prior experience required—paid training helps you build hands-on skills and grow within the nation’s largest automotive service

Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years of age.
• Be legally authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Dismounting, mounting, rotating, and balancing tires.
• Performing flat tire repairs.
• Completing oil and filter changes.
• Checking and topping off vehicle fluids.
• Performing basic vehicle maintenance and inspections.
• Identifying visible tire and maintenance concerns.
• Maintaining a clean, safe, and organized work area.
• Following established safety and service procedures.
• Helping ensure quality service and timely completion of customer vehicles.
