Job summary

Pep Boys / Mavis Tire in Norristown, PA is seeking full-time General Service Technicians to perform tire services, oil changes, fluid checks, and basic maintenance. You’ll work alongside skilled automotive professionals and gain hands-on skills in a fast-paced shop environment. No prior experience required; paid training provided.

Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years of age.
• Be legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Reliable, punctual, and willing to learn.
• Comfortable in a fast-paced hands-on automotive environment.
• Strong commitment to safety, teamwork and quality service.

Responsibilities

• Dismounting, mounting, rotating, and balancing tires.
• Performing flat tire repairs and oil changes.
• Checking and topping off vehicle fluids.
• Performing basic vehicle maintenance and inspections.
• Identifying visible tire and maintenance concerns.
• Maintaining a clean, safe, and organized work area.
• Following safety and service procedures.
• Ensuring quality service and timely completion of vehicles.
