Pep Boys / Mavis Tire is hiring General Service Technicians in the Norfolk, VA area. This full-time role offers paid training, competitive weekly pay plus weekly incentives, and opportunities to grow within a large automotive service network.

As part of Team Mavis, you will perform essential maintenance and tire services, safety-first practices, and work with experienced technicians to build valuable hands-on skills for a long-term automotive career.

Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years old.
• Be legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Willingness to learn and follow safety rules.

Responsibilities

• Dismounting, mounting, rotating, and balancing tires.
• Performing flat tire repairs.
• Completing oil and filter changes.
• Checking and topping off vehicle fluids.
• Performing basic vehicle maintenance and inspections.
• Identifying visible tire and maintenance concerns.
• Maintaining a clean, safe, and organized work area.
• Following established safety and service procedures.
• Help ensure quality service and timely completion of customer vehicles.
