Pep Boys / Mavis Tire is seeking full-time General Service Technicians to join Team Mavis in the Richmond, VA area. The role involves automotive maintenance, tire services, and basic inspections as part of a large nationwide service organization.

Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years of age.
• Be legally authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Dismounting, mounting, rotating, and balancing tires.
• Performing flat tire repairs.
• Completing oil and filter changes.
• Checking and topping off vehicle fluids.
• Performing basic vehicle maintenance and inspections.
• Identifying visible tire and maintenance concerns.
• Maintaining a clean, safe, and organized work area.
• Following established safety and service procedures.
• Helping ensure quality service and timely completion of customer vehicles.
