Position: Lube and Tire Technician / General Service Tech

This is an entry-level position offering comprehensive training from day one. You will perform maintenance services, work as part of a team, and help deliver exceptional guest experiences.

Pay: $16 - $17 per hour, based on experience, plus incentives.

Responsibilities:

• Provide excellent customer service
• Supervise shop operations in the absence of the Store Manager
• Handle end-of-day paperwork and cash
• Assist the store manager
• Change, mount, and install tires
• Perform tire repairs, balancing, and rotations
• Conduct oil changes and basic automotive maintenance
• Assist with alignments and brake services after training

Qualifications:

• HS diploma or GED
• Automotive experience preferred
• Own basic mechanic tools or participate in tool purchase program
• Valid driver’s license
• Must be at least 18 years old
• Positive attitude and teamwork skills
• Ability to lift 50 lbs, stand for long periods, and work overhead
