Job Description

The Lube and Tire Technician, or General Service Tech, is an entry-level role starting with comprehensive training. You will perform maintenance services, work with a team to deliver excellent guest experiences, and ensure safe, reliable transportation for our customers.

Pay is based on experience, plus incentives where applicable.

Responsibilities

• Keyholder duties: customer service, shop supervision in absence of manager, end-of-day paperwork, assisting store manager
• Mechanic duties: tire mounting, repair, balancing, oil changes, tire rotation, basic automotive maintenance like battery installation
• Training provided for alignments, brake services, and scheduled maintenance

Compensation: The hourly rate ranges from $16 to $18, based on experience, with additional incentives possible.

Qualifications

• HS diploma or GED
• Automotive experience
• Own basic mechanic tools or participate in tool purchase program
• Valid driver’s license
• Must be at least 18 years old
• Positive attitude, collaborative mindset
• Ability to work overhead, stand long periods, lift 50 lbs
