Job summary

Monro is hiring an Automotive General Service Technician at Store 1198 in Falls Church, VA. The role is full-time or part-time, hourly, performing basic vehicle services and repairs per Monro standards and manufacturer specs. You will communicate issues and solutions to guests while maintaining safety and quality.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Automotive training or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities

• Accurately perform basic vehicle services and repairs to Monro standards.
• Tire services including wheel removal, balancing, patch/plug repairs, mounting and TPMS service.
• Lubrications and basic maintenance such as oil changes, bulb and wiper replacements, battery testing.
• Assist with courtesy inspection and identify additional needed services.
